I have been in IT for over 17 years with a varierty of experience in various IT projects. I have spent much of my career deep in all aspects of the software development life cycle including, design, development and testing. I am a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Database Administrator (MCDBA).
I also run All Things Mobile Cincinnati User Group (CATMUG.org) and I am a Co-Director of the Cincinnati Dot Net Users Group (CINNUG.org).
I am a Co-author of “31 Days of Mango” book.
Besides working with different Microsoft Technologies and developing iOS and Android applications, I spend time teaching my 11 yr old how to play tennis and writing apps to track tennis scores.
My recent development venture has been into wearables. I wrote apps for the Pebble Watch and recently for the Apple Watch. Next up on my list is Microsoft Band followed by Android Wear.
I spend a lot of time staying up to date with mobile and wearable tech and translating their uses into practical applications with a goal of responsible / practical mix of technology with life keeping things simple.
